The Selling Process

  • 01. Pricing.

    I'll conduct a comprehensive market analysis and evaluate comparable properties with you to establish the optimal price for your property. Together, we'll discuss timelines, key details, and address any questions you may have. Upon agreement, we'll finalize and sign a representation agreement.

  • 02. Preparation.

    I'll assist you in preparing your property for the market, providing guidance as needed. Once your property is ready, I'll coordinate professional photography, videography, and other marketing materials as time permits. We'll strategize for showings, plan an open house, and manage offers effectively.

  • 03. Marketing + Promotion.

    The next step is to sign a Listing Agreement, granting me the authority to list your property on the MLS (Multiple Listing Service). Following this, I will launch a comprehensive marketing campaign for your home, utilizing both digital and traditional channels. I will also notify other REALTORS® representing potential buyers about your property's availability. Additionally, I can assist you in preparing your home for staging to maximize its appeal to prospective buyers.

  • 04. Accepting Offers.

    After effectively marketing and promoting your home, you can anticipate receiving multiple offers. Once you accept an offer and enter into a contract with a buyer, the subsequent steps may include a home inspection, appraisal, and potential negotiations.

  • 05. Closing.

    Once everything progresses smoothly and the property appraises correctly, we proceed to closing. Your lawyer and Real Estate Agent will guide you through the necessary paperwork and legal procedures to finalize the sale. Congratulations, your home sale is now complete!
